This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not embed content from third parties (no external fonts, scripts, maps or social media plugins). Personal data is only processed in the cases described below. The language version (German, English or Polish) is selected when you open the homepage, based on your browser’s language setting; nothing is stored in the process.
The colour scheme initially follows your browser’s system setting. If you use the light/dark mode switch manually, only your chosen setting is stored under the key dadera-theme in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). It is not transmitted to the server and can be removed by deleting the website data in your browser.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by neuIT | webspace24.de, Arne König, Mühlenstraße 8a, 14167 Berlin, Germany. When the website is accessed, the following data is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its secure and stable operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Log files are deleted after 7 days.
4. Contact form
If you use the contact form, I process the data you enter (name, email address, optionally company and topic, message) in order to handle your enquiry. The data is sent to me by email via the host’s mail server and is not stored in a database.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. for business correspondence).

This website contains a simple link to LinkedIn. Data is only transferred once you click the link and visit the provider’s website, where the provider’s privacy policy applies.
